Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Vorgue app and website. By creating an account you agree to them.

Training at your own risk

Strength training carries a risk of injury. Vorgue gives training guidance, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before you start a new program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or are returning after time off. Stop a set or session if something hurts, and use a spotter and safe equipment for heavy lifts.

The AI coach

The coach generates programs, suggestions, summaries and messages automatically from your data. It can make mistakes. Use your own judgement, and do not follow a suggestion that feels unsafe for you.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break or overload it, accessing other people’s data, reverse engineering the app, or using the coach to produce harmful content.

Your content

Your training data and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our content

The app, the exercise library, the design and the Vorgue name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only through the app.

Changes and availability

We may update or change features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will tell you in the app about significant changes to these terms.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Vorgue is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from your training or from relying on the app’s guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
