The film

24 seconds of Vorgue.

The real app: a program written in chat, a set logged, a PR caught, the muscle map filling in.

AI coach

A coach that plans, reviews and speaks up first.

It works from your own data: your profile, your 1RMs, your active program, your recent sessions and your weekly volume.

Plan

Ask for a program. It asks you back.

Tell the coach what you want. It asks a few quick questions, like your split or how many weeks, then builds the routine from your profile and equipment. If you already run a program, it checks before replacing it.

Coach asks a quick question before replacing an active program: Yes, replace it or No, keep my current program
Periodize

Eight weeks, planned as a block.

Ask for an 8-week program and you get Build weeks that add sets, a deload, then Heavier weeks. Every week has a reps-in-reserve target, and the app shows which week you are in.

Explain

Ask how a lift is going.

“How is my bench going?” gets your best set, your estimated 1RM trend and a clear next step, worked out from your logged sessions.

Review

A note after every workout.

When you finish, the coach goes through each exercise: what moved, what to hold, and what to try next time. Your PRs and sets per muscle sit right under it.

Workout complete: coach notes per exercise, personal records and sets per muscle
Check in

It messages you first when it matters.

Each day the coach looks at what happened: a new PR, a skipped session, a lift going backwards. Most days it stays quiet. When something is worth saying, you get a notification, and your reply carries on in chat. Every number it mentions has to come from your own logs.

Logging

Logging that keeps up between sets.

A guided session hands you each set with the numbers filled in. You lift, adjust if needed, and tap Log set.

Set logger: Dumbbell Bench Press, set 3 of 4, 35 kg × 6, last time 32.5 × 9, target 6–10 reps
Guided session

The next weight is already there.

Each set shows the weight, the rep target, what you did last time and your rest. The suggestion follows double progression:

Top of the rep range on every set → the weight goes up one step next time.Otherwise → same weight, one more rep.

A deload week or a lighter day lowers the weight for you.

Before you start

A quick check-in.

Sleep, energy, soreness. On a rough day isolation work drops to 2 sets and working weights come down 5%. Main lifts keep all their sets.

Check-in: sleep poor, energy normal, soreness some, lighter session
During

Every set, tagged.

Rate each set Easy, Good, Hard or Max while the rest timer runs. PRs are flagged on the set itself.

Exercise done: set 1 PR and Good, sets 2 and 3 Hard, set 4 Max
After

Rate the session.

Score the workout from 1 to 10 and add a note: felt strong, low energy, short on time, great pump or joint discomfort.
